Shipping

The prices given are excluding freight. Freight costs are additional and have to be paid by the customer. You will be informed of the freight cost when you make your order at checkout.

For orders exceeding 399 euros, we offer free shipping within the EU. We are not currently selling products outside the EU. For inquiries regarding business outside the EU, please contact us via email.

If you shop within Sweden, you also have the option of choosing the shipping method Pick up in store, this option is free of charge regardless of the order value.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. As a small studio, we strive to offer quality products and service. Please review our return policy below, which complies with European online shopping law:

1.Right of Withdrawal:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return your purchase.

2.Return Conditions:

•Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

•Products that have been used or altered may not be eligible for return.

3.Return Fee:

•A fee of 60 kr will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and processing costs.

4.Return Process:

•To initiate a return, please contact us at tiantangdesign@gmail.com with your order details.

•We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

•Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
