Before anything makes it to production, we at BOC always ask ourselves following key questions:

• Does this product really need to exist?

• Will it stand the test of time?

• Will it be loved and used across various stages of life?

• Will it age gracefully?

• Are we keeping it simple — nothing unnecessary added?

• Is it easy to repair when life inevitably happens?

• Do we have an ‘end-of-life’ solution?
